Hue S-Curve Split-Tone DCTL v1.7.2

A S-Curve Split-tone tool where instead of manipulating RGB channels individually, you target a hue and move towards that.

In addition you have neutral whites & blacks sliders + a custom neutral zone to make sure certain luminances don't get a hue.
