Color Crosstalk DCTL v1.4.1

Color Crosstalk allows for adding color information across the RGB channels.

It works similar to the built-in RGB Mixer, but with a few key differences:
• It ensures grayscale values stay neutral by adjusting values so the total per channel is always 1
• It has the option to automatically perform hue rotation to keep skin tones put
• It has the option to work in Linear for even smoother results
